2007 Cape May County Freeholder Reorganization Meeting
The Reorganization Meeting of the Cape May County Board of Chosen Freeholders took place at 5 p.m. on Friday, January 5, 2007. The annual reorganization of the Board was held at the William E. Sturm Jr. Administration Building located at 4 Moore Road in Cape May Court House. During the meeting, Freeholder Leonard Desiderio was administered the Oath of Office by County Administrator Stephen O’Connor. Additionally, Director and Vice-Director of the Board were selected and departments were assigned. Currently, Freeholder Daniel Beyel serves as Director and Freeholder Ralph E. Sheets, Jr. is Vice-Director. Freeholder Desiderio, who was first elected in 2002, was reelected in November 2006 to serve a three-year term.
