2009 Earth Day Logo Contest Winners
Cape May Court House – Freeholder Director Daniel Beyel and the Board of Chosen Freeholders announced the winners of the Cape May County 2009 Earth Day Logo Contest at the Freeholder Meeting held on Tuesday, April 7, 2009. The contest, sponsored by the county, is held annually to draw attention to Cape May County’s Earth Day Celebration. This year’s theme is “Reduce Your Ecological Footprint.”

The winners were selected from the nearly two hundred entries received from Cape May County students. The first place winning drawing will appear on the 2009 Earth Day Celebration T-shirts on Saturday, April 25. Additionally, the three top winners each received a savings bond, a plaque of recognition and a county goodie bag.
