Back to Article List CANCELLATIONS FROM COASTAL STORM Release Date: March 07, 2013 The following cancellations have been reported as a result of the coastal storm impacting our area: Stone Harbor Boulevard remains closed due to downed power poles and power lines caused by strong winds yesterday. Fare Free Transportation is running limited service today off of the Barrier Islands due to pockets of flooding in Coastal communities. Cape May City School and Upper Township Middle Schools are CLOSED today due to electrical outages
