Mission statement:  The role of the Cape May County Library is to provide informational and recreational materials, services, and programs that will enrich the lives of the people of Cape May County To this end, the Library operates eight branch libraries and a bookmobile service with stops throughout the County. Telephone and in-person reference services are also available. The Library has books, audio books, DVDs, video games, music CDs and eBooks. The Library offers Internet access at all branch locations. A wide variety of online databases and Microsoft Office applications are available in the Library and online through our Library web page. Information on Library programs (for Children, Young Adults and Adults), policies and services is also available on the Library web page.

Cape May County Library Commission Regular Meetings, 2013: All meetings are open to the public and will take place at 1:30 PM in the Board Room of the Cape May County Library located at 30 Mechanic Street in Cape May Court House, NJ.

Meetings are the 3rd Wednesday of each month as follows for 2013:  January 16 , February 20, March 20, April 17, May 15, June 19, July 17, August 21, September 18, October 16, November 20, December 18
