The Cape May County Clerk's Office offers a broad range of services to the public. Among the many services offered are the filing and recording of documents affecting real estate ownership/transfer throughout Cape May County.  The County Clerk's Office assists residents in obtaining U.S. Passports for identification and foreign travel, administers oaths to Notaries Public and other officers, provides Vendor Licenses to veterans and exempt firefighters and records veterans military discharges.  In addition the Election Section prepares ballots for School, Primary and General and School Elections, processes Mail-In Ballots and certifies election results upon completion of the canvass of the vote.
