Road Opening Permits are required for all work done within County Right of Ways Including:

• Utility Installation (Gas, Water, Sewer, Drainage, Telephone, CATV etc.)
• Curbs, Driveways, and Sidewalks
• New Streets
• Landscaping, Trees, Irrigation, Lighting
• Signs and Street Furniture

 
HOW TO APPLY:

Contact the County Engineer’s Office to Obtain a Road Opening Permit Form at (609) 465-1035 (Forms are Triplicate Carbon and cannot be faxed or emailed)

Provide a Signed and Completed Road Opening form
